    80's movie about an Asian girl rescued from war
    I remember watching a movie a kid about a young girl, rescues from vietnam, I think or maybe Korea, during a war and brought to America. She lives a shy, timid life in the stats and begins to open up as the movie goes along. I think it was an early 80's movie.

    Yes, I think I figured it out. It as "The Girl Who Spelled Freedom" a Disney Special. Thanks for your help.
