Short and to the point: I slept with a guy on the first date a week ago.. We still continue to talk but not as much as before so I decide to let him know how I feel in a letter.. I stated to him how I felt I lower my character and standards and how horrible I felt. I know he received the letter because he thanked me for the Father's day card but never mention the letter though... Was I wrong for letting he know how I feel? And why didn't he say anything to me about the letter? If I don't hear from him again it is okay with me because I felt he is no better than me.. I just want to know from some one else's view is to this matter.. Thanks

Why a letter and not a phone call ?

And next first dates ( even 3,4, 5 and so on) is to get to know each other, most relationships never go much past date one or two. If you wanted the sex if you are OK with casual sex for fun and not for emotional reasons, then you did exactly what you wanted. And have no reason to feel bad

I am not OK with casual sex. It was my first and believe me my last time... I just wanted to know some one else point of view was it OK to write him a letter and express how I felt and why he haven't mention it to me.. (maybe he don't care how I feel which is fine with me)... Lesson learn..

My only issue with the letter, it is it now out there forever, he can show it to friends, post it on the internet what ever he wants to, Very personal issues need to be face to face or at least on talking.

How would you feel if he posted that letter on Facebook today ?

I would feel lower than low.. I never though of it that way.. I do believe his is mature and wouldn't do that. We are in our 50's but who knows... Besides we both live in different city that is why the letter..
