2 days ago while I was at work I had an itch on my arm. When I went to scratch it I realized it was a bump, and it itched like crazy. During the day a few more popped up, on both arms. Today, a couple of more popped up. They are very itchy and have not gone away. As I have allergies, I went through the usual mental checklist and there have not been any changes, i.e.. Food, soaps, lotions, meds, etc. I did work out in the yard the day before, but I was in shorts and flip flops and my legs are fine. It is only on my arms and driving me crazy. My temp was 96.8 and other for the itchy bumps I feel great. I have tried benedrly lotion on them and nothing. Washing doesn't do anything. I'm now starting to lose my mind. Any thoughts?

Although I don't know why you are getting these or what it is, I know how you feel because I have been getting these for possibly two years now. Over time I've realized that I notice them when I get nervous or if it's a past paced day at work. Because of that, I've been thinking that its some kind of hives, but I can't be sure. But it sounds like the same thing you have. I'll be working hard and just feel the need to scratch my forearm only to realize there is a mosquito bite-like bump there... then maybe I'll notice another one an hour or day later. They'll show up on primarily my forearms, but I've had them on my shoulder, neck and even chin... rarely on my leg(s) but that has happened too. Good luck finding a cure and let me know if you ever do. Its an annoyance more than anything.
