    Can a biological father change the birth certificate
    Hi my daughters father and I have broken up and he is now wanting his name off the birth certificate, he is her biological father and doesn't want anything to do with her anymore. Can someone please help hear

    No, he cannot have his name removed from her birth certificate unless she is adopted.
