    Family member breaks a DUI/Hit and Run Probation, on drugs writes bad checks & scams
    Family member from Washington State breaks a DUI/Hit and Run Probation, while on drugs writes several bad checks... resorts to scamming people for items he pawns.

    Has recently started serving jail time for probation violations (9). What can he expect?

    A long time in jail. I'd say 6 months, and then he'll be tried for those other crimes.

    Yes a longer time in jail, is he in jail for the probation violation ? If so he will know how long he is getting for the violation.

    Has he went to trial for the new crimes yet ?
