For the last month or so I've had sharp pains in my upper chest and both arms. Sometimes it starts in my arms and works to my chest but not always... but both always end up hurting. I can breath fine the pain is extream and sometimes it goes all the to my fingers. I'm 37 5-10lbs overweight still active and its only just started recently with these pain. I've always had chest pains but nothing like these normally it's a sharp pain in one side or the other since I can remember. But these come on out of nowhere and hurt and make me feel weak. Any help

Please see a physician! This could be a cardiac problem or it could be a nuerological problem either way it warrants the attention of a physician!
