    Dv and vital records
I have 2 children with a man. Never married. I was a victim to domestic violence. My youngest is 5 months old and is a result of rape from him. He also forced me into letting him sign the birth.certificate. I have since left, have.full custody and restraining order. And he is incarcerated for dv and child endangerment. Is there anyway to have him removed from birth certificate in Ca?

No. I'm not sure how he forced you to allow him to sign the because. But the because is supposed to indicate who the legal father is. That would be the bio father (unless there is an adoption).

You may be able to have his rights terminated as a danger to the child, but even that is a long shot unless he tries to enforce his rights.
