    Without know the type of surface to be painted, the age, if it has a previous or several previous coats of paint, it would be hard to say, Plus, with so many painters and construction people out of work , you could get a very good job for a reasonable price OR a very bad job for an arm and a leg. I would call any painters OR masons and ask them to look at it, That will be the only way you can get a fairly good estimate
