    If two persons purchase a condo one is resident one in not can you apply for homestea
    If you and another person purchase a condo in Florida and only one is a resident can you still apply for a homestead status?

    That would depend on the laws of the state of Florida.

    Homestead laws are VERY state unique, so a phone call to the Florida department that governs the law is your best bet.
