    value of my land
    How much is 20 acres of land worth? It is in country but only 5 minutes from town. It has 2 fish ponds electric, water,gas,phone etc no woods but has pecan tress. Private school recommended about 350 per month per child

    You need to find a local appraiser to appraise the property. There are many factors that go into valuing property. No way for us to even guess, especially without knowing where the property is.

    20 acres in NJ outside of town, or 20 acres outside of Dallas, is worth perhaps 10 times what 20 acres outside of Kelso MO. ** I know you don't know where that is at. That is the point.

    You get a licensed real estate appraiser to come out and value the land.
