    Incisions
    How should I care for an incision it is beginning to look a little red around the staples?

    You were supposed to get discharge instructions on paper! Do you have them??
    You need to read how to keep clean and dry, when you can wash or shower, and so on. Each case may be different.
    A little redness is to be expected. Beet red isn't. Severe pain and swelling isn't. Oozing usually isn't. But you have to ask YOUR doctor or clinic or hospital or read what you were given.

    I'm not the one with the incision so NO I don't have the paper! So sorry to have bothered you!
