Calcium in my shower drain but none in my water
I own a professional ceramic tile installation company have been in this industry for 25+ years and never had this issue and this home is only 4 years old. I have a customer who has a expensive water conditioner. We are having an issue with Calcium buildup plugging the tile shower drain. I cleaned the stlagtites out 3 weeks ago and they have returned. Their water has been tested at all faucets in the bathroom and all fornd same results. Calcuim<0.5 mg/l at all fucets including shower head. The stlagtites have a cemical results of Barium 2060ppm, Calcium278,000mg/l and magnesium 247 mg/l OK now I'm no rocket scientist and have no idea what is going on any one out there that has any ideas, Im leaning towards her natural cleaners ( seventh generation disinfecting cleaner and Method antibacterial bathroom cleaner).
