    I'm tired of fats
    I'm I young girl .15 years old
    I have a big belly "fats" and I wieght 56kg !
    I feel like I'm very fat and I hate to look at myself in the mirror
    I tried the diet tea and a lot of things .but they all were useless ! :(
    What should I do?

    The only realistic method is decrease of calorific intake and increase in aerobic activity.
    (Less food, more exercise)

    The key is to burn more calories than you take in. Stay away from the sweets and carbs. Eat healthy and keep moving. Do you exercise at all?
    Diet teas are not going to help if you are eating more than your burning. You must learn to eat right.
