I feel real ashame about this but: I broke up with my past boyfriend and started to go on a on line dating site. Well I met a guy and we start to talking (about 2mnth) well this pass weekend we met up.. (he lives in one state and I live in another) we met half way.. We had a wonderful time that day the zoo, hung out downtown dinner.. Very nice gentleman.. Well he wanted to have sex and I told him I didn't know him that well.. But before the night was over I change my mind (never had sex on first date before) something I wanted to put on my quote on quote Bucklist.At first I didn't feel as bad with no regrets.. Now after 4 days I feel horrible.. We still text and talk but not like it was at first.. Should I just stop all commucation all together or tell him how I am feeling. He or I was looking for a relationship from the beginning.But now I feel like S@@t...Should I worry how and what he thinks of me... I would like to continue to be his friend but not on a sexual bases but yet I feel ashame of myself for lowering my standards..

It's hard to become friends with someone you were sexual with. If you really want to help him, go no contact and don't speak to him or reply to him again. Being in different states will make it easier for you both to move on.
