    How to be confident on stage
    Hi, I'm a dancer, and sometimes when I'm doing a performance I get stage fright, the next thing I know I have forgotten part of my choreography, even though I have previously worked on it to perfection. Help please!

    Please stop asking the same question.

    You may very well be making yourself nervous, thinking you are going to develop stage fright, forget your routine.

    Do you perform individually, in a group?

    Many really famous people, get stage fright. You need to start by learning to faze others out, just you and what you are doing. More and more practice so that it is habit, second nature

    Thanks for your kind reply. I dance with my partner. But the funny thing is, that I don't even think about stage fright when I'm on stage and about to perform.
