Paw/pad problems

Well its been a few months now since my dog went from active to not wanting to walk. Has had several arthritis shots from vet and put on antibiotics. Starting to walk a little but he will be 14 in September (Maltese) and there is still the odd accident in the house etc but if we keep an eye on him...

I think that Annie (Black lab 1 yr) tore her pad today at the dog park It doesn't look to bad.
