My air conditioning is blowing very loudly.
We've had the unit since July 2009 and it just recently started doing this. It's so loud we have to turn the TV up when it kicks on. It's blowing very hard from one vent but seems to be not blowing at all, or very little from the other vents. My husband changed the filter and checked the ductwork but didn't find anything. Any ideas?

My heater and air unit keeps blowing cool air off and on at weird times of the day... Even when off. We have to go out and turn off power to unit to get it to turn off. What could cause this?
The unit is 2yrs old. Also it has been turned off for two weeks. Checked the filter, very dirty, but a new one in. Still warm air only.
