    I have 2 paintings(?) by Davril.in the original frames. I know nothing about them
    I inherited 2 paintings signed by Davril The 1st is Pont-en-Ro Lans # 166 and the 2nd is "La Promagerie" #162. I know nothing about the artist or the art. Please help!

    Are you sure you have paintings? Perhaps they are prints...

    These are definitely aquatint etchings, signed and numbered. I really appreciate the info. My paintings are different subjects, but the same artist as I can tell from the signature!
