    Find out who claim my child
    I was tringto claim my son but it came out that someone already claim him how them I going to see who claim him

    The only other person who COULD claim your son is the other parent. DO they have custody?

    Edited : Usually the person who pays the majority of support.

    Do you live with your parents? If you live with your parents, your parents can claim both you and your son.

    Do you have a custody agreement? In most, *such as mine* it stipulates who can claim the child and who cannot. Or, if you share the claim as I do, and one parent claims on odd years, and the other on even years.

    All of this should be in your custody papers.

    Of course ID theft is wide, but normally it is a close family member, ex, sister or brother or someone close.

    But you can still claim them, you will need to file a paper return, and provide proof you are the proper parent claiming the child.
