    I can't remember the title of this movie...
    It was made in the 90s. It was about kids who went to this magical musical mansion and there was a moving coat rack, the stairs made piano noises, there were a bunch of tiny people in different musical groups who performed for them, one of them being a one man band. They also had to solve some sort of mystery... I really hope someone else has seen this; it's driving me nuts. I tell my friends about it and they have no idea what I'm talking about, but it was shown in my music class like every year in elementary school.
