Need for Sleep

Hello, I am a 23-year old boy/man. My greatest problem is that I need at least 11 hours of sleep everyday. If I don't sleep that much, I feel sleepy all the time. Sometimes, I sleep for as long as 14-15 hours. Please tell me if there is any disorder. Also, I want to really cut down my need for sleep. I can't afford that much sleep as I'm a professional and have lots of ambitions in life.
