    How Do You Evict Someone Who Is Not on the Lease IN N.Y.C.
    My roommate & I , originally signed a 1 year contract, but after
    A few months, he became my boyfriend of almost 12 years. He is
    ***not*** on the lease!! We no longer get along & he needs to
    Leave ! Is there a way to legally evict him without going to
    Court if he refuses to leave??

    No, eviction is a legal process. If he isn't on the lease, then he is your tenant. You need to give him 30 days notice to vacate. If he refuses you need to go to court for an eviction order.
