Can I keep my daughter from seeing her father if he will not tell me where he lives
There is a court order for my ex-husband to have visitation and I was wondering if he will not tell me where he lives can I keep him from taking her? I live in northern Ky. I know I cannot keep her from him if he isn't paying child support which he is also not doing but not I have no idea where he lives.

No, you cannot unilaterally deny him his court-ordered visitation simply because he refuses to tell you where he lives. You can, however, go back to court and insist that he provide you with that information. Your remedy is to get the court to order him to tell you his address; not to interfere with his visitation.

Typical female? Are you trying to be offensive?

Next time keep it in your pants and you won't have any of these problems - or don't have sex with druggies. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family...nt-555032.html

This is a legal advice board. Do you have any legal advice?

For that matter, do you have any advice at all?

Almost all your posts have been removed because they were just rants posted on old threads. This is a Q&A site not a soapbox. If you want to answer a question then answer it.

A mother has a right to know where her child is.There is no reason the father shouldn't provide his address.
