I'm 17 year old and have an uncut penis and when I touch it under the foreskin it hurts me , I heard that I should clean it but I didn't understand how and how often to do this , can you help me solve the problem because I'm concerned about it and scared of not having the ability to have sex in the future , I noticed when I pulled my foreskin back that there are white things and it smells fishy . Time to "man up" and go to the doctor. Sounds like an infection and is only going to get worst.

You clean it by washing it every time you bathe just like you wash all the other parts of your body.

I don't think it's an infection because it's not new , when I touch the skin inside I feel it dry and it hurts
