How to get my ex back?
I was in a relationship with a girl that I loved very much and she loved me the same way. Problem was I am truck a truck driver and I don't get home all that often. When we first started dating I kept telling her that this won't work because we always be missing one another. She said it would be fine we will just take things slowly. I finally gave in and agreed to be her girlfriend.

It was all going well for 6 months until 1 day she said she can't do this anymore, she can't handle me been away all the time. Since we started dating I had backed off my work a lot and was trying to get home as often as possible but it wasn't enough for her she wanted me home every night. I would do absolutely anything for this girl and want her back so much, the hardest thing is she says she still loves me but just can't handle me not being home all the time. What can I do?

Hey man, this hits close to home with me. Not only am I a parts salesman for heavy trucks my uncle is also a pure bread trucker, he was in the same situation as you, but his wife cheated on him, spent most of his money and then ran away with her new partner. Life sucks man, but you've got to move on. It didn't work out the first time so, unless you get a new job, it's not going to work out a second. Go no contact with her and work on forgetting, and let her go. Once you can establish that mindset without her in it, start to enjoy being single, you travel a lot so it's really easy for you to try new things. Eat at a restaurant somewhere you probably normally eat at. Eventually you'll move on.

    Best of luck buddy.

Just let her go as she cannot handle the lifestyle, and you making drastic changes to be with her after only 6 months is ridicules. Be glad you found out now that her good intentions didn't last, and this experiment failed because she wasn't in it to win it.

But of course your hurting heart cannot let you see that she has issues of her own to deal with, that have nothing to do with YOU.

    Are you male or female?

I finally gave in and agreed to be her girlfriend.
And I added NOT to this sentence.

she says she still loves me but just can't handle me not being home all the time.
