    Can a collection agency ganinshee my wages if I am making montly payments
    Student loan in collections

    I have a student loan in collections with ARC, I make monthly payments but they say it is not enough and state they are going to go to court to take more money from my pay cheque. Can they do this.

    Sure they can... you don't get to decide how much you feel like sending them every month.
