    Changeover Concerns
I am wanting advice on the Digital switchover. If I have my computer, phone and telly on a Broadband and I live in a block of flats with a single aerial transmitter do I have to do anything to my telly for the switchover? I have been told I don't have to. Someone has put something in my flat on the wall with a plug thing for radio and one for telly. Do I not therefore have to get a lead for this? Again I have been told I don't have to but I'm not so sure. Perhaps that's for if I have a freeview telly? Can someone help please? Thank you.

You need a digital set top box to enable you to receive and decode the digital signal.
If you are on cable or sky then you don't need to do anything.

Yep, nowt to do with cable TV, but remember once your area changes then the old TV areal will not pick up signals, this is where the digital boxes come in of those TV's not connected to the cable system.
