What visitation is there when the father is a truck driver?
I have a 10 year old daughter and have had full custody of her since she started school 6 years ago. My ex lived about an hour and a half away then suddenly about 2 years ago he moved out of state and started driving long haul big rigs. I have worked with him and did the best I can to work with his schedule so our daughter can see him. Well he was allowed to take her with him with his old company and now his new company doesn't allow our daughter in his truck. He wants to have his friends babysit her while he drives all day and then he will be home in the later evening. I don't know these people and they aren't licensed providers. I'm not okay with this and don't know if we should go to court and re-modify our arrangement. Anyone have advice on what I should do? It would be very helpful.

He should be able to get visits ordered and allow for day care while he works and then be with her at night. I doubt he will need your approval of day care provider during the times with him.
