Additional utilities charge by landlord
I life in River Grove, Illinois and my wife just had a baby and my mother came from Florida to stay with us for 3 weeks to help us with the baby in the apartment and now my landlord wants to charge me an extra $50.00 a week for utilities because the is more utilities being used. My lease is $875.00 including the utilities, can my landlord charge me extra for utility even thu the utilities is included in the rent?
