I have a gemco 27 inch made by general mower corp.buffalo NY ser.#60122998 model#vs1100-1157 can you tell me how old this rhing is it has to be loder than 50s I work on lawnmowers and I have never seen anything like it. It has a 3 1/2 hp. Clinton engine. Thank you so much for your time
