My husband has the house in his name on it. We been marriage for 11years and we have 2 kids together. I been a at home mother for the last 10 years. I don't have anything in my name. The only thing I want is our house will I get it when we get a divorce and will he have to pay child suppot and spousal support. I wouldn't throw all this in his face. Let your lawyer handle it. And start shopping for one who will be willing to be paid at settlement. Start saving some money secretly too, because you will probably need to pay a retainer.
