I am a Canadian Citizen with no criminal record in Canada. However when I was attending school in the United States I was charged with a misdemeanour count of marijuana possession less than a ounce.(One Joint) I am back in Canada presently and got a job at the Airport. Will Transport Canada deny me my security clearance because of this??
