This movie was not in english but had subtitles.

The guy has a wife and daughter and he disappears on his small fishing boat. She remarries a rich property developer who develops large apartments on the beach. Later in the movie, the missing guy re-appears and reveals that he took off and faked his death. He begins a relationship with his ex wife in secret and he stays in unfinished buildings owned by the new husband.

Later the new husband finds out about the affair and they decide to take off on his new boat. The ex husbands henchmen sabotage the boat so it will sink and they also put alligators on the boat. At the end of the movie the two die by drowning in the sinking boat. In the last scene they are lying in the morgue beside each other and they start to hold hands.
