Hai, I'm a physically challenged and I'm alone at home. So, I had consult to one of the veterinary doctor to adopt a dog. He suggested me LABRADOR will be good for me. I had no income purpose so I can't buy it for rupees. So how can I get a puppy for free adoption?

You won't get one of these intensively trained dogs free anywhere. It costs thousands to train these dogs to assist the handicapped.

I would advise you to consider if it is even feasible for you to get a dog. Dogs require food, yearly vaccines, and can get sick and cost thousands of dollars. These are things you have to think about before getting a dog.

I agree, no such thing as a free dog, even if you pay nothing for him initially.
Good food, vaccines, illness, fencing the yard, leashes, collars, toys.
Even a simple illness like a about of vomiting and diarrhea can cost in the hundreds to treat properly.
I would reconsider if you already have financial restrictions.

I have a few disabled clients, wheelchairs, homes set up for accessibility who still go out in the community and have these elite dogs trained to open doors, perform med alerts at night. They are treated very well but must not have any interaction outside the home when in the community, with people coming up to pet or speak to them. It is just not allowed because basically they are always on duty with their charges out in the community.

I know there are several training facilities for these wonderful animals on the north american continent, one in particular in Oakville, Ontario. The cost to home and train these dogs is upwards to $15,000 or more before they are MATCHED and placed.

No one is going to get one of them for free.

I agree with all of the above. I'm sorry that you can't afford to buy a dog, but there's no such thing as a free dog, not if you want it to live.

A service dog will need training, by a professional (we're talking 5 digit figures in most places). Yearly shots (I pay $160 a year), more if the dog is a puppy (puppy's need 3 boosters in the first year of life, around $100 each where I live), food (a lab is a large breed, food, even if you buy a cheap brand, will cost around $100 a month). Licensing (where I live dogs have to be licensed. We pay $150 a year per dog, more if the dog isn't fixed). Spaying or neutering (where I live that will cost $300). If the dog gets sick, it could cost thousands.

There are too many obstacles against you. You definitely won't get a free service dog, and really, you won't even get a free dog that's just a pet.
