    Ultimately. You must acknowledge the pain for what it is. Address it and own it. With that will come a strength from with-in which some would call from God (I personally would) This strength will help you overcome your grief gradually. Just make sure to learn from this heartbreaking experience. It you be very unwise to go through an ordeal such as this one without learning from the experience itself.
