    Fraudulent user added to my credit card
    What is the law for the charges to my card if a credit card company authorized a user on my account I never authorized and sent them a card.. What proof must they have or show.

    Who did they send a card to? Generally you are only responsible for the first $50 of fraudulent charges but most carriers won't even hold you to that.

    You don't really need to prove anything unless they deny your claim.
