    80s-90s Puppet Movie
    Very vague memories about this one.I just remember the main character was a boy who's friends were these goblin/monster/puppet type things who lived in a shoo owners basement and I think one had gotten into some trouble and something about music or possibly a band.Again,very vague memory but its driving me crazy and I really loved this movie.
