    I want off probation early
    Im on a more serious probation I have sex charges long story there anyway I was wanting to know how do I get off probation early I did have 2 violations since I've been on it but I have all cost and fines paid and community service is almost compltled I haven't violated in a yr and I'm working and attending all my threpy sessions and I have never missed a po apt in 3 yrs I would have been off probation in sept but my last violation caused me another yr added so my reason to get off early is to see my daughter that haven't seen since she was12 she has become very depressed because of it please can anyone help out with this

    Really... Two violations and you think they are going to let you off early?

    Not going to happen... everyone thinks they have an excuse to not do what they have to do... sorry to be blunt... but you knew you had this daughter before you broke the law... if it wasn't important then... its not a compelling reason now.

    If you had ZERO violations you might have had a chance... but you can always ask... I just recommend not holding your breath waiting for it to happen.

    How long is the probation term, you will need to have done about 2/3 of it with NO VIOLATIONS to even consider and most places on any sex crime will not even consider it.

    Also you are still doing therapy ( is it part of probation) any programs ordered will need to be completed before you can also.
