    Did you get an email/letter from a lottery you never participated in?
    This sounds like a scam.

    I'm with taxesforaliens here... how do you know you won this? If it was a legitimate prize winning from a legitimate lottery, it would be pretty clear on how to collect.

    You got an email or text saying you won, right? When you contact them, they will give you some cheesy forms to fill out and then bilk you for as much money in "fees" as they can get from you.

    They mail you a check, and tell you where to go pick up your car, if you won, You do not mail or send them any money,
