If I had sex on April 1st how far along would I be? I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive.

If that was the most recent time you had sex, and your periods had been regular before that time... roughly about 9-10 weeks. Are you seeing a doctor or midwife? If not, that would be something to start doing. They will likely have you get an ultrasound done which can give you a fairly good idea of how far along you would be.
