You need to decide your career path whether you want to be a commercial accountant or work in the field of auditing and corporate advice and a lot of that may be determined by what access you have to the profession outside your native country.

If you want to work for an international accounting firm and can access their intake program then CA but if not you may have to settle for local commerce and CA may not help you. I suspect you may need an MBA on top of your degree to gain access to an international accounting firm

Until you asked your question I had not heard of the ACCA it is what we would regard as a lesser institute that is its entry requirements may be lower than a CPA or CA program
