Can I get my child support case transferred to GA from NJ. I would like an increase & feel since he is in NJ the courts are more on his side during our last hearing in Dec the moderator said she will add his calculations & call me back. When she called me back she didn't tell me his monthly income & nothing has change I feel he won her over in her office he has the gift of gab. So these past couple of months I feel cheated. Don't know what to do. He stopped there health insurance end of dec 31, 2011 as well. I never received a copy of that court order dated 12/2/11... WOW please help me & point me in the right direction

First, where was the original support order? If it was in NJ and he continues to live in NJ, then NJ has jurisdiction.

Second, you need to contact the court clerk for a transcript of the proceedings and copies of any orders issued by the court. If you had an attorney they should obtain them for you. But you need the documentation to know exactly what went down and how to proceed.
