    Water running from kitchen sink

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I got a call from my wife at home who said that the kitchen sink is constantly running even though she has turned the handle to off. Any suggestions?

Shut the water off under the counter top and open up the faucet. There's a piece of debris caught under the cartridge that's not allowing it to close. After you clear the cartridge, and before you button it up, turn the water on for a moment to flush out the supplies. Good luck, Tom
