My husband is diabetic and has recently been diagnosed of having pulmonary tuberculosis. He has started taking medication for the ptb and has been on insulin and glucophage for the diabetes. I would like to know if he can use nopalea along with his medication or not.

As nopalea is merely the latest in a long line of panacea super drinks backed by unfounded claims and marketing, and basically derived from a cactus it is unlikely there will be any adverse effects, or even beneficial ones to boot.
