    Faucets turn the wrong way
    I just got the American Standard 6425 series faucet installed in my kitchen. After the plumber left, I turned the faucet on and realized that the handles turn the wrong way. When you turn it on, with the handle facing outward, it's supposed to turn in towards you. Because of the way he installed it, to turn the water on, you have to turn the handles up. Is there any way to reverse them so that they turn in when you turn the water on? Thank you for your help!

    If it has a cartridge, yes. Reverse the clip on top of the cartridge. But if it was me I would require the plumber to warranty it.

    If it has a swivel spout, he installed it backwards.
