I am 18 going on 19 years old and I still pee in my bed I went to the doctor they said it will stop naturally but it has not I want it to stop I don't drink anything after 7 I go to the bathroom before going to sleep and I have my alarm to go 3 times when I am sleeping to wake me up but yet nothing is working help please I am going off to college soon and I don't want this. My parents tell me that I am just lazy but I really do try not to do it but I can't control it

I think (some based on personal experience, some on what I read) that the amount of time for liquids to pass all the way through the body varies greatly and is affected by a lot of factors--amount of salt intake being one of the big factors. I would suggest reducing salt and liquid intake much earlier than 7 PM and getting used to sips instead of gulps at all times except when actually thirsty--unless your physician has recommended otherwise. And if you haven't already, find a Dr./Therapist who specializes in this problem.
