    What is the max time and min time he will spend in jail in GA?
    I have know my friend for 3 years now. But before we met he told me he was extridted from GA to FL. Well, we called my of times tryning to reach someone in the P.O. office. Once we got in contact by then the clerk said that his file was lost. And they will call us back. We left messsages and phone numbers to be contacted. NO Response! So, later down the line he get into trouble in FL was sentence for 22months. He got out and now back in costudy in GA of a charge of VOP! So my question is, what is the max time and min time he will spend in jail in GA!

    -he received all his gain time in FL

    He can serve the 1 to 2 months it takes to get to a VOP hearing and then be put back on probation. That is the min

    For the max, how many years probation was he on, that is how many years he could be sent back for the max.
