    Can severe constipation kill an unborn fetus?
    I am severely constipated and I was wondering if it could kill my unborn growing fetus?

    No honey, rest assured it won't. It will cause you discomfort though. Try increasing your fluid intake as well as your fiber. You may want to ask the doctor for a stool softener.
