History of ovarian cysts and in desperate need of help
I am 23 and I have a history of ovarian cysts. I have already had my left ovary removed 2 years ago. I was admitted into the hospital last week because of another cyst on my right ovary. It is 4x4. It has also formed partially inside my ovary. They put me on birthcontrol and pain meds and sent me home. I started my period 3 days ago. I am not having a lot of bleeding but, the cramps are horrible and cramping on both sides... On a scale of one to 10, this pain is 15.. I literally feel like I am being turned inside out. The pain meds are not helping at all... I don't have any insurance and really cannot afford to go back to the ER. Is there anything I can do at home? Or do I need to go to the hospital?
