Hi I have a sharp pain that is from my vagina that shoots down my leg it has it just comes out of no where I don't know what to do I have just a lilttle pain in my lower stomach I do not have medical so I really don't know what to do I do not have regular periods they come when they want to but I have not had one for like 3 months now but I did have spotting two months ago I would just like some advice please help I am only 21 I do not know why this is happining

It is possible you are experiencing nerve pain, endometriosis, or a Bartholin cyst, or other medical condition. I would suggest you go to the ER (Emergency Room) of a local hospital to be seen by an emergency doctor, who might refer you to a neurologist if he suspects nerve damage. They must see you at ER and give you basic care, even if you cannot pay. If he refers you to a clinic most likely they have a sliding scale for making payments according to how much income you have monthly. They will probably determine it on a month to month basis and 3 months at the most in determining how much you will be required to pay, meaning you will need to re-qualify each time by filling out a form. The day you are seen at the clinic they might ask for a payment of $25 or more. You probably will need to go to the billing department to make pre-arrangements for making payments, before being seen. Do not be too concerned about this right now because ER is the first place you should go to and they cannot refuse you even if you have no cash or insurance. Probably the only thing they can do at the ER is treat you for pain and give you a pain medicine prescription. Also, you might want to check with your county social services or welfare department and see if you qualify for Medicaid, Medi-cal or Medicare, whatever it is called where you live. Take care.
